1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.): We ship to all U.S. states, including PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
- International Shipping: We currently [do/do not] offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties imposed by their country.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
- You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your account.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Kozy Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is delayed or missing, please check with the carrier using your tracking number.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at kozycreationsllc@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

- If an order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
