What ingredients do you use in your candles and wax melts?
At Kozy Creations, we use high-quality, clean-burning waxes that we blend in house to create the perfect wax. All of our products are proudly use phthalate-free fragrances to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Our products are made with premium ingredients to provide long-lasting, natural scents.
We custom blend Soy and Coconut Apricot waxes to provide an exellent cold and hot throw that transforms the space when burning.
How long do your candles and wax melts last?
The burn time varies depending on the candle size:
5 oz candle: Approx. 20-30 hours
6 oz tin candle: Approx. 25-35 hours
8 oz candle: Approx. 40-50 hours
14 oz candle: Approx. 60-70 hours
For wax melts, each cube provides several hours of fragrance before needing replacement.
Of course, burn times vary as "power bruning" generally shortens this time. A power burn is burning candles for longer than 4 hours at a time.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

How should I care for my candle for the best burn?
To ensure an even and long-lasting burn:
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
Allow the candle to melt evenly across the top to prevent tunneling.
Keep away from drafts, pets, and flammable objects.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles, wax melts, and sprays cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at kozycreationsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the replacement or refund process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We offer domestic shipping within the U.S., and all orders come with tracking information. If international shipping becomes available, we will update our policies accordingly.
