Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles, wax melts, and sprays cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at kozycreationsllc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the replacement or refund process.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the item back in secure packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days.
